 The Devon Heritage Centre has an almost complete set of the 47 Numbers which coincided with the issue of all the plates. Parts 8-10, 43 and 45-46 are assumed. Issues 48 to 62 are speculation.Additionally the author has the first 6 issues. For publication history after July 1833 see Chapter VIII Publication History.

[2] The printer’s mark for gathering J was not used, V and W are likewise omitted for each run.

[3] From this issue it would seem that spare copies of covers for previous issues were used up as numbers are altered or added in manuscript.

[4] Gatherings “3B” to “4Z” lacking; pages 553 to 908 still to be issued in c. 45 gatherings of 4 leaves suggests an overrun of 15 months or just over 60 Issues. The complete work would be finished in approx. October 1834.
