[3] From this issue it
would seem that spare copies of covers for previous issues were used up as
numbers are altered or added in manuscript.
[4] Gatherings “3B” to “4Z” lacking; pages 553 to 908 still
to be issued in c. 45 gatherings of 4 leaves suggests an overrun of 15 months
or just over 60 Issues. The complete work would be finished in approx. October
1834.
